BREATHWORK & MEDITATION CIRCLES
Join us for a powerful session of inner connection, release, and healing through guided meditation, breathwork and post-session guided journaling.
WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) (also commonly called holotropic breathwork or transformational breathwork) is a powerful breathing technique that uses a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern to help quiet the thinking mind and access deeper layers of the subconscious. By accessing deeper layers of the subconscious, breathwork can support emotional healing, stress reduction, increased self-awareness, and personal growth. It can help us process difficult emotions, gain insight into our patterns and experiences, connect more deeply with ourselves, and cultivate greater peace, clarity, and alignment in our lives.
This type of breathwork is done lying down, with an eye mask on, and is done to music.
WHAT BREATHWORK CAN HELP WITH:
Breathwork can support you with:
Emotional release and clearing of built-up stress, tension, or stored emotions
Reducing stress, anxiety, overwhelm and mental busyness
Increasing self-awareness and understanding of your thoughts and patterns
Gaining insight and clarity on situations in your life and on your path forward
Connecting more deeply to your intuition, inner truth, and next steps
Increasing creativity, inspiration, and sense of direction
Improving mood, self-esteem, and sense of empowerment
Regulating the nervous system and helping the body return to a calmer, more balanced state
Feeling lighter, more open, and more connected to yourself
During a breathwork session some people experience needed emotional release, some feel deep peace and stillness, some receive insight or clarity, and others simply feel relaxed and present. Every experience is unique. And every experience is exactly right for you and where you are on your path.
Many people leave breathwork sessions feeling clearer, calmer, more open-hearted, and more connected to themselves and their lives.
Personally, breathwork has been such a profound modality for myself, providing deep healing and clarity along my path. It helped me: process and heal from grief and challenging life phases, work with and release challenging emotions such as stress, sadness, frustration, anger and anxiety, it helped me tune into my truths and provided me with clarity and creative ideas on my path forward, and it connected me to states of deep peace, love, and bliss within and a deepening spiritual connection and connection to something greater. You can read about my experience with breathwork in my memoir, The Light That Shines Through.
